At Maronite Community, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Please note that orders for 18k Gold, 24k Gold on genuine 925 Silver, or 925 Silver, as well as customized or engraved items (e.g., personalized pendants, rings, bracelets, or our real Gold), cannot be refunded or canceled since they are made just for YOU.
Discount codes do not apply to all products, including Real Gold, 925 Silver, and custom jewelry.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that only the product price is refundable original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
